Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to run the product:

• Account data — email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Instagram account data — if you choose to connect Instagram, we receive your username, profile picture, bio, follower/following counts, media count, and public metrics for your recent posts and Reels (views, likes, comments, reach) via the official Instagram Graph API.
• Usage data — prompts you generate, credits consumed, and audit history you create inside the app.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Razorpay). We store only the transaction reference, not card numbers.

• Provide profile audits, hook ideas, Reels scripts, SEO suggestions, and content plans.
• Sync insights from your connected Instagram account when you request an audit.
• Track credit balances, purchases, and subscription status.
• Improve product quality, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• Send transactional messages related to your account.

When you connect Instagram, InstagrowthAi acts as a client of Meta's Instagram Graph API and complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

• We only request the scopes needed to display your profile and reel insights.
• Your Instagram access token is stored encrypted and used only to fetch data on your behalf.
• We do not post, comment, like, follow, or message on your behalf.
• You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the Profile Audit page. Disconnecting deletes the stored token and cached profile snapshot.
• You can also revoke InstagrowthAi's access from Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that make InstagrowthAi work:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication.
• Lovable AI Gateway — LLM inference for generating content and audit summaries.
• Meta / Instagram — as the source of your Instagram data when you connect your account.
• Razorpay — payment processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.

Account and generated content are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing kantearunkumar9@gmail.com. Instagram data is deleted when you disconnect Instagram or delete your account.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email kantearunkumar9@gmail.com.

InstagrowthAi is not intended for users under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
